We accept last minute reservations but to guarantee you’re desired date and time are available we recommend booking a week or more in advance.
We accept Cash, Check, and Venmo free of charge but for cards we charge a 5% transaction fee

We understand that your plans maychange that is why we allow you up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled move to cancel free of charge.
Our starting times are 7am, 8am, 9am or 2-3:30pm but exceptions can be made.
It means that if we finish the job in 2 hours we would still charge 3 hours due to hour 3 hour minimum

Yes we take pride on our punctuality. But sometimes things can hinder us from showing up on time. If we were to run late we would call you to inform you on the situation.
All of our employees have a minimum of 5 years of experience. With some even having over 10+ years of excellent service to thousands of families.
Any job outside of 30 miles is subject to a Double Drive Time. "Only" if the distance is 30 miles or more.
In California, all licensed & insured moving companies are required by the P.U.C regulation to charge double drive time. Double drive time means we wont charge you for the time it takes us to get to our origin and we also don't charge you for the time it takes us to get back to our branch at the end of the day. Instead of paying us for this time, we double the time in the middle. Get it? It's weird, but it's the law. We only charge you for double drive time from the pick-up location address to your new location address. Only if the distance is over 30 miles. Example if we drive for one hour, we will charge you for two hours.
It's customary to tip your movers, but it is completely up to you. If you feel the movers worked hard and took care of you and your furniture then a tip is very appreciated.
Yes, if you'd like us to stop at a storage unit or drop off a piece of furniture at a friend or family member house we'd be more than happy to oblige.
